Our sister company, Groove Management specializes in organizational development.  We can plan and facilitate a high impact event for your organization.  Nicaragua is the right climate for learning and will provide an amazing backdrop for your meeting.  Reach out to us to learn more about our customized programs that can be offered for groups from 4-10 participants.  We are confident our programs will be higher impact and more cost effective than programs delivered in the USA.

A cost effective, high impact retreat

A five night, six-day corporate retreat for ten participants all-inclusive, other than airfare, starts at $65,000.  This is significantly less expensive that almost any five-night, six-day retreat that can be booked stateside.  The retreat would include all meals, all drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, ground transportation, the humanitarian aid day, full program facilitation by Groove Managements certified facilitator, meeting planning and daily surfing lessons for the ten attendees.  We would work with the organizer to understand the retreat objectives and to customize the agenda to meet the specific needs of the client organization.
