leadersurf refund policy
Before a program begins LeaderSurf incurs substantial administrative costs related to your registration and the program logistics. Therefore the following fees apply:

Leadersurf Transfer and Substitution Policy
Because so much work goes into the pre-program planning, we encourage organizations not to reschedule (tranfer to another date) or substitute participants, but we understand that under certain circumstances, it is necessary. Below are the policy details

Transfer requests must indicate the new date and/or new program the participant wishes to attend. 100% of the full program fee is non-refundable if:
- The participant does not attend another program within one year of the original program start date.
- The participant transfers more than two (2) times;
- Any remaining balance of a cancelled program’s payment can be applied to another LeaderSurf program within one year of the original program date. After one year, the balance is non-refundable.
